I'm starting to realize this business takes CONSTANT marketing to keep deals in the pipeline, not just a one-time push.

We have ~35 agents and they primarily come from OSU or right out of college.Ok didn't realize you were broker just said realtor on the website. 

It will be quite a few years before you realize a good return.

Fixed income- realize you’re talking about interest or dividend bearing.
