My problem is I do not earn 3/4 times rental income landlords are asking and I have no intention of becoming an employee again, except for the part-time work I now do that with my rent covers all my monthly expenses.I have a passion I am seeking business licencing for, but wanted to use what I have to create some passive income which I can have for future real estate pursuits.

After about a month of going back and forward I made the decission to only pursuit the 2 best properties and promised him that I wanted to prove we can close on 2 before we move to the other 2.

Are you helping nurture those ideas and supporting her in the pursuit of those or helping her to find her passion?

All of my previous pursuits although exciting and passionate have not yielded me any sort of real sustainable value.

Since then, I've been on a pursuit; searching for this middleman niche in Real Estate. 

That does not mean that people are successful in that pursuit.

My pursuit of early financial freedom, and accumulating cash-flowing assets.

To me, that means not only finding good team members, but also creating systems and operating procedures that enable me to free up time for my highest dollar/hour pursuits.
