Have you contacted the county or a well drilling outfit about well depth?

Does anyone know of some dependable outfits.

Just to be clear we are doing massive renovations at 1st turnover and then placing qualified, mostly low maintenance tenants in the units-- but the units we purchase are mostly outfitted with 30-50 year old fixtures and finishes so everything has to be redone.

Cause that goes so well… If anything Bigger Pockets should consider spearheading a lobbyist outfit, as much as I hate the very notion of lobbying.

Newton & Associates out of Seminole, TX to the south is another great surveying outfit that has lots of experience with land and has come to the rescue for myself and my farm, ranch, & development clients on multiple occasions.

I have no experience with their training but their company is a sizable wholesaling/investing outfit in Houston.

As an LO, there's nothing I love more than being able to pick it up at the 2 yard line and walk the 3 steps into the end zone without doing the other 98 yards of work. so I am a huge fan of USAA and outfits like it.

There are many outfits who will act as a registered agent for you. 

I can save a few bucks on my kitchen outfitting list by shopping Walmart isles, but I prefer the convenience of clicking a button.  

Go to a local mom and pop store and tell them you'd like to use them exclusively to outfit your property, and if you do, ask them what deal they can give you.
