Hi everyone, I am interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on the Platform Pacaso, I have noticed that it can inflate housing prices in some areas due to them being less concerned about paying a low price upfront and more focused on the overall profit they can generate through fractional sales and ongoing services. 

Legally they are probably allowed to show whenever they want with proper notice.

If this post gets noticed, you may get a lot of people telling you "yes, go for it!"

I'd say it's liveable but definitely noticeably unleveled.  

Settlement shall occur within, or at such other site as the Buyer may select, provided that the Buyer shall have given the Seller at least five (5) calendar days advance written notice thereof.  

You won't get a CO with unpermitted work any other way but for very slack areas, which have all tightened up noticeably over the years.

Does anyone know if we are still required to give a 30 day notice and continue to lose out on rent that is being paid on time?
