You should check if the bank feeds work with your bank otherwise, it's a deal breaker unless you don't mind manually doing the data entry.

@Chris Kelly It is very hard to evict someone for a lease violation and never mind something that is legal to do in the first place.

Keep in mind we are a "Mega PM", big staff big unit count, so it's a lot different then the Ma & Pa, but the principles can apply.

I'd shorten as suggested and include the value to the owner as their mind will quickly go to the pitfalls of this strategy.
