My advice is get the kwikset smart keys, they allow you to rekey the locks in a couple of minutes.

Some security firm for the mortgage company rekeyed the locks, posted some notices and put a lockbox on the property, nothing strange about that.

There are personal property laws that vary for each state.So check on your state before you start moving anything.In Georgia if tenants have appeared to vacate and it looks like less than 500 dollars of items exist in the whole property then you do not have to go through eviction.If it's questionable you can take pictures or video and then file eviction.I would re-key all locks right away after verifying it's vacant and no property or under the amounts set by your state to require eviction.

Be fully prepared to be the best help possible to a potential client.Build a list of contacts with every possible person you might need help from including locksmiths,plumbers,electricians,general contractors,junk hauling and clean out crews,landscaping crews,handymen,moving companies,furniture staging and rental companies, foreign language interpreters,hard money lenders,and of course....investors who can pay cash fast!!!!
