You could leverage the value of the entire four plex to put towards a larger asset or try to 1031 exchange it. again, i am no expert but I would consider myself a fairly savvy investor.

If you build your investor network while working on wholesaling skills, when you find a real deal you can sell it for a profit.

They claim to charge in the "high 4 figures" - one web source says it's $4800 - to join their group and get access to their network and resources.
