Hello BP,We recently acquired a condo in  Falls Church,VA area through court house for flipping.The owner/occupant was a old lady did not move out after we purchase the unit.While we are in legal process to get possession, i received a call from the HOA today that the neighbors of this unit observed a foul smell and called the police to see what is going on.we are breaking the lock as soon police arrive and get into the property.The smell could be from the leftover food or could be anything.To prepare for a worst case, i am trying to understand how to deal with the situation and get some affordable master cleaner referrals.Thank you,Vinod.

So a lady mother is about to be deceased due to bone cancer and her house is about to be foreclosed in September.

Recently, I had an accident that caused me to lose two fingers on my right hand.

The best thing is probably an apology to the lady and admitting you were wrong, then asking what she wants for you to make it right.

Flabbergasted.What cracked me up about this group, was that one lady boldly questioned, if you are making so much money, why are you here teaching this class?

Oddly enough the lady proposing this moved into a condo I used to rent long time ago in Oakland lol after I moved out.

Have a 76 year old Disabled lady living there with her two in and out of Jail Heroin addict Gangster (literally) Sons. 

Some have been very helpful, like the lady that is helping me in OH.
