Price-wise, Guido the killer pimp that sells down behind the K-Mart by the dumpster has a better price for the weed than the dispensaries but he is illegal and they are not.I don't think they will have a big downturn in the market.

If you have gone to your local REI clubs and networked, then you stumble across a killer deal you know who to call to start looking for a buyer.. 

There was a killer deal I had to pass on because the city would not allow the use of the property as a muitl-unit, but instead had to be back as a SFH.

Forum posts are killer for specific, practical questions on deals and logistics in all areas REI.I have a few realtor friends here in COMO.

$10k Difference is not a killer.

That sounds like a killer deal IMO.

Aside from bringing a killer deal that makes a lot of sense, I think it's imperative when borrowing money from lenders that you focus on all of the benefits for them.

Keep looking for killer deals that others would love to be part of.Did you run some example numbers?
