Tim Simmons I would suggest that you interview several Realtors and ask them the following questions, to ascertain if they are truly Investor Friendly, or if they are throwing you a sales pitch. 1.

@William Clark you have to work under a broker or be a broker yourself. or you can make your license inactive, but that won't help you much. my advice, interview brokers and let them know what your plan is, find one that will work with you.
