there are brokerages that are your basic incubators for new agents.. full of training.. that's what you need as others have stated if your current broker has no formal scheduled training videos and training sessions you need to switch.you cant learn real estate brokerage and sales from a cracker jack box.. nor from the internet.. you need real training..
