There are times in the economy that come around very rarely were limited capital can work but that is rare.. the money is made when you have Capital or access to it so you can do deals as a strong buyer.Having been around the coaching world as an adjunct to what we do.. ( Vendor at events) the folks I see that do well with specific coaching are generally folks that have already been successful in one business have capital and want a fast track to learn certain parts of the businessthose with limited or no capital and or go out on a limb and put training on CC tend to be very stressed both financially and emotionally IE what did I do.. and their pressure to be successful in the first 3 or 4 months is immense.

Turn key providers are under immense pressure to buy properties cheap enough - as we are lacking inventory and prices go up, I would be concerned that you get offered a property that is priced out of the loaction, perhaps even overimproved.With rates that low it becomes increasingly attractive to just buy a property that has been updated by the owner - typically much better quality.

make sure not to pay anything upfront and be VERY skeptical. those to-good-to-be-true facebook group posts by "older white gentlemen" are often african scammers. one if my previous answers shows the second of the only two profile pictures of one of those posters - a young black guy dressed in a sari. most arent as stupid as this one
