Hey everyone! I'm newer here to the BP Community, but have always watched the videos over on Youtube. :) I've been looking to get into Real Estate for a long time now, and like many, end up getting the dreaded analysis paralysis! I got my license here in Ohio about two years ago and decided I didn't want to take that route. Right now, just working a job (I barely like) with my degree, and another to make ends meet. I'm ready to achieve Financial Freedom!!!

I have looked into most routes of getting started in the business, my two main focuses are Wholesaling and BRRRR Investing.

Wholesaling is looking like my way into the door to gain some hands-on knowledge while making some money to get me going. If anyone has advice, or other options/opinions, I'd love to hear them!

I'm based in the Cincinnati area, but also open to doing work in Northern Kentucky (Bellevue, Newport, Covington).

I appreciate any help immensely!

You should get into brokerage. It is a more legit form of wholesaling
