We are experiencing some slow down on the seller side (less homes being listed as we head into the Holidays) yet buyer demand is as strong as ever with all price points tracked under a week on the market.I have 8 flips going on right now and normally I am hesitant to do too much work in November and December because we end up listing in January and February.

I would not renew the existing tenant, but you don't want to do this going into the holidays/winter.

I've hit a dilemma that I'm sure many others encounter at some point in their investing careers, and figured this would be a fun topic to discuss.So I've been working my a** of for at least 15 years as a chef, working 10+ hour days, 6-7 days per week, and EVERY weekend and holiday.

Isn't tomorrow the first business day (ie non-bank holiday)?

It may have been that the deal was done over the holidays so less competition.
