My advice is to go with your plan by hiring an estimator, list down your scope room by room, internal and external, to double scope security reproduce the result from xactimate, and give them to your contractor.

The lender has already put out money for the foreclosure process and if it has gone to the point of already being advertised it means they have done the math and have selected that particular asset for foreclosure.Lenders are hand-picking which homes they foreclose on, and since they chose that one they feel it will bring enough through foreclosure to upset their losses.

And we're usually trying to remove all the externally run conduit - not add more.I've found the aesthetic benefits to usually be a bigger driver than the practical ones - renovating an old house that has a big tank in the middle of the kitchen has more possibilities if you install a tankless instead.I don't really know about the impact on sales price.
