Scott Trench no this started about a month ago so I don't think it's due to the hail but it could be excess moisture in the ground due to our house being lower than the houses on the street over that we back up to.

Hello.My plan is to start rehabbing in Texas and then acquire some SFR rentals and hopefully some multifamily.I've decided against forming an LLC at this point because I have yet to do a deal and the only assets I have are my home which is homesteaded and a car with 100,000 miles and some serious hail damage.

@Kelton Johnson and were you live.. there is Hail and wind damage and your deductible and foundations.. every deal I have funded in your town had or has major foundation issues.. its not if its when .. and of course none of the location turn key companies mention this pesky reality of owning properties were you have major expansive clay soils.
