robert  not sure about you but I find it pretty difficult to sell one off new builds without the help of a RE Broker which is what RTR is in those situations..

wholesaling is definitely not an "easy" way to get into RE investing.

To what extent does landscaping typically add value to a property for the purposes of appraisal and re-financing, compared to other improvements? 

@Mahender Bist I've come across a ton of loopy asset protection strategies in these forums but this is the first I've heard of someone being told to buy their property in an LLC and then re-title the property as soon as the renovations are completed.

Or any other RE syndication for that matter.

My opinion is they are not treated RE in a business manner, because most business growth is built on some sort of leverage.

This is not really news or current events that would be of interest to most RE investors.  

Read the forums here, but even more importantly, listen to all the BP podcasts - the main RE one, Rookie, Money, and On the Market.

I also tried calling their support line for listings, but no one answered.To investigate further, I re-listed the property with identical information but without paying for the premium $29.99 option.

I know nothing about ME law specifically but I assume that can be done in accordance with local customs… Either by obtaining a court-certified copy of the original easement and re-recording it with all of the required signatures OR recording a confirmatory deed of easement which spells out the error and corrects it by including everyone who should have signed the original.
