Thanks Nick - I think because she actually lives there it is more stressful than if she lived somewhere else, more pressure to find good tenant without issues, noise, constant showers/laundry, etc.

Quick and cheap might make better money but we care about making lives better too.I'm really looking forward to connecting with like minded folks who truly understand the value that real estate can play in eliminating the daily grind stress from your life (although we all know there's no shortage of other stresses that come along with it!).

I am currently living the daily grind of working in a corporate office and am looking to real estate for a way to find financial freedom.

And "Excuse Our Dust" door hangers for homes surrounding your clients' homes, which include your contact information in case there are any issues with garbage, noise, etc.6. 

But the current expansion has been a slow grind, and it is long in the tooth.

If there are tenants, you may have to ask them to move furniture/stuff, maybe find a time when they aren't home so the noise doesn't bother them, etc.

Some wording about any water noises needing to be reported immediately.Moisture alarms for any properties with crawlspaces.  

Really excited about the prospect of breaking the 9-5 grind.
