How did you source the property (Realtor?

The guy I’m working with I’m nearly positive has some investments under his belt as well as one of the top agents in the state and I figured he was the main source for that but just double checking. 

Some people have other income sources such as Social Security, pensions, etc.

As far as sourcing the lot, dealing with zoning or the city on new construction permits, engineering plans, etc.
