The tenant got laid off from job due to corona virus beginning in march.

My starting offers are 10% below avg price per square foot for the comps just because I like to know I got a good deal and not because of the corona virus. 

During this covid-19, what would be a good idea to let her in but make sure she is not positive for corona virus?

Hello, I was wondering your thoughts on how this virus is going to effect the real estate market?

The virus made it impossible for me to flip this house, as loans and buyers are afraid to buy, so I would take a haircut, ie, there would be no profit in flipping, it might break even, and that would mean a waste of a year of my time.

They're actually leaving the lease early because of the virus situation (daughter had to come home and live with them, so their bed is in the dining room and it's just not enough space), but we got another renter planned for July 3, and they're leaving July 1, so everyone is in decent shape.

Do you continue  direct mailing during all that current virus situation?

These days, for the signings I do, I'm wearing mask & gloves, and often do signings outdoors so that there's much lower risk of spreading viruses, and I know most notaries are doing the same these days if that's your concern.

Since coronavirus I have seen very very little go under contract, and the only ones closing are those that went under before the virus.
