Ivy Flowers Landscaping for a flip....?

If the existing landscaping is overgrown with large bushes and plants, I tear those out and put something back that is clean and simple with a few boxwoods, green arborvitae, and maybe some seasonal flowers to add some color during the listing period.

The windows would look lovely with windowboxes filled with colorful flowers, and dark small urns filled with similar flowers would look lovely at the end of the steps on the ledges on either side (though wrought iron railing might be more code and user friendly).

you want control over where they chose the spots, some biz owner may be annoyed if they rely on a certain spot, think cake shops, flower, other delivery tenants you may have. make sure what ever you agree to is put on paper, should eb a simple agreement.

We only do what I would call a "light" staging - dining room table, a few pictures on the wall, maybe a couple of chairs and coffee table, flowers, and that's about it.
