I recently saw a post from Anthony Walker asking experienced real estate professionals and those newer to the business about gaining a competitive advantage and it got me thinking about what competitive advantages a real estate private equity firm can attain in their business.

Do you have enough years in to take the broker test or have you already passed that and are an associate broker at a firm?

Funny thing, the buyer’s attorney (Robert L Morton/North Raleigh Law Firm) was initially ESCROW MGR, when my sale was active before termination.

She did finally respond on a couple occasions with information that gave me NO definitive time-line of any progress having been made nor a firm finish date.

Would appreciate recommendations from this group for attorneys / law firms that specialize in such matters as well as suggestions on what I should / could do if you have personal experience with such matters. 

You will learn a ton and I firmly believe that doing is the best teacher.

The majority of the rest of the sales were Zillow Leads (Zillow 40% and then team 50/50), I pay into the firm until I cap (8k) I paid 20k for taxes (didn’t know I needed to become an S Corp, but I am now) and I made some home improvements to our home, as well as a god awful amount of gas 😂 I wasn’t saving with a goal in mind.
