@Chris SeveneyWe have GC's onsite that run the contractor crew and they only get paid after each phase of work is finished and inspected.

How they overcame it is either finish out the project and don't use them again or cut them loose and get a new contractor to finish the work!

Finished value will be about $1,200,000.

Are you planning to hire GC to build it for you start to finish, or you are planning to run the project yourself?

I ended up living here longer because I got into real estate full time and didn't have the energy to finish fixing up, but moved out a couple months ago and it's almost ready to rent out as 2 units for Airbnb's or mid-term.
