@Ashish YadavLBP is not that big of a deal, unless it is old and paint chips are falling off the walls, or until you do a renovation and create a bunch of dust/debris.

It creates dust and will totally coat your new lights and flooring. 

It took about 5 miserable years for the dust to settle and that is why I am hard on everyone who writes posts claiming they think they have everything figured out.

I say that as that's really where the income is for the argent in a transaction like this, especially if it's for one property alone and not a group of like ten, $45K houses- why asking for this much now, if there's already a wholesaler involved, AND she basically has the re-list in the bag if you want to keep working with her- I don't follow, unless this is typical for % for NC and Indy is just far behind at an average 3%. 

Where I live it’s either curbside pickup that’s paid for in your taxes or by tenant or you buy the bags and take them to the transfer station.

I would vacuum up any dust and then apply a concrete crack filler (ie Sakrete).

Several discounted stores but I would not waist my time and gas money.Home Depot and Lowes have discounted items all the time that will completely do your job.Ask the Manager on Duty where the discounted items are .Most torn bags of tile cement are 50% off. 

It is a mixed bag whether it is included in rent or not, but slightly more landlords have the tenants hold their own WSG accounts.We started with the tenants paying. 

I'm not interested in eating as much dust as I did in my 20's at the moment... 

The problem is that with the recent runup in lumber prices and the ongoing labor shortage, builders don't want to sell unfinished properties too early and be left holding the bag if costs balloon even more.
