Have a 1960s 30 unit single story motel where we are coming up on some end of life issues: the cast iron plumbing is disintegrating underneath bathrooms, radiators are starting to leak, electrical is in poor condition, and just today, discovered significant termite damage affecting multiple rooms.

If there were a serious insurance claim, god forbid human injury or loss of life, and they do the same research discovering the non-conforming construction of habitable space, why would they bail you out?

The other "investor" flogging this says this is a "brand new company" and another fanatic said he uses it even though he discovered its someone elses product that just got another name slapped on.
