I speak with friends and clients daily that are considering selling properties acquired in the last few years for one reason or another.

There are plenty of them out there, they just aren't talked about here on a daily basis.

@Lou Bar- thanks ...all lenders should be in the same ballpark  with pricing options  BUT .....they  will likely also vary ....best thing to do if needing a loan is to contact several lenders on the same day / use the same  criteia /  get  quotes for the scenario and  then make a decsion on using  one for the loan or the  pre approval ...also keep in mind that loan pricing  changes daily 

There were daily issues and when they didnt complete the job, nor complete it properly I went to his office to complain.

There's too many buying opportunities I come across daily, definitely not saturated in my opinion.
