It's cute they tried, but I hear ya on the result. 

While there are some pockets of areas with cute home on cute streets, the area as a whole still has a bad reputation, which means we aren't getting an expanding tenant pool to choose from.

., yes, small towns are kind of cute and all, but as you say not much opportunity and nothing on the horizon.
