Our relish is not bright green, we put ketchup on our hot dogs, and our sauce is below our cheese on our too-thin pizza.

I've recently been looking for a flip or new rental in Woodbury but I'm finding more potential deals in Cottage Grove and Oakdale.  

I have a 3 bedrm seasonal cottage upstate NY,which has electric heat, a well , and a huge tank in the ground (new , but not a legit septic). 

Because I have never been able to figure out how the numbers work.Me and my siblings share ownership of a (inherited) beach cottage.  

What he's politley trying to say is, it has dried up for those who were picking the low hanging fruit and failed to find the cheese when they moved it. 

Personally when I build up several hundred thousand I would definitely buy all cash from time to time if it would help drive a particularly sweet deal.I bet once I make a decent amount of cheese with this here real estate I'll be leveraging creatively to get into a house I like.

I saw one of those companies go down in flames.. that is highly risky. there needs to be equity so you can exit if needed.We did not play the hid the cheese from the bank game at all.. we wrote company checks changed insurance etc..

We bought a small shack on the water we turned into a cottage and eventually rented.  

Half finished 4th unit/cottage (1bd/1ba) on the property.
