Personally when I build up several hundred thousand I would definitely buy all cash from time to time if it would help drive a particularly sweet deal.I bet once I make a decent amount of cheese with this here real estate I'll be leveraging creatively to get into a house I like.

I saw one of those companies go down in flames.. that is highly risky. there needs to be equity so you can exit if needed.We did not play the hid the cheese from the bank game at all.. we wrote company checks changed insurance etc..
