Asbestos wrap usually appears a little thicker - this could just be paper and mastic (of course, the mastic could contain asbestos).

Since I have 'a report' that contains the three reported credit scores (the document is from a lender who pulled my credit and not the credit bureaus themselves) from an initial pre-qualification screening, I'm assuming that I can just use these when approaching other lenders for their own reference in getting pre-qualified?

Hi David- if the area you are looking has a realtors association you could check their website as it may contain some stats of interest.

Before starting my abatement firm I owned a testing company, which provided the analysis & narrative reports, such as the one which contained the lab results you referred to.A large factor in "what to do with it" is based on what your intentions are with the property. 

That right is contained in the FARBAR contracts.
