Not to mention you typically will have higher quality cabinets with plywood box construction and new hardware at the end.

Full construction costs I dont always get relayed to me by the developer, but we were significantly lower than even 1 million on the LS. 

In my REI the majority of the millionaires were in some kind of construction or brokerage.

What they showed is that the small changes to the property over time did not have anything to do with the second unit the home had and it was always constructed and used as a 2 family.
