Chipped paint, holes in the wall, floors are destroyed, all the bedrooms are painted ridiculous colors and the kitchen needs to be completely remodeled.

If a buyer has an opportunity to come along now and pick colors of anything, or flooring types etc., then show the picture of the house and say Almost ready to move in...come choose your finishes and less make a deal!"

I would clean out the junk in the pole shed, clean the interior, repaint a neutral color, replace carpet and other light rehab tasks.

It has been renting quite well, but the living room has some awful color schemes - we're talking dark green carpet and pink walls!

The "reporter" mentions the tenants hair dye color 3 times.....for no reason.  

LOL.OK off to take my 81 YO mother wine tasting in the Pinot land.. then we have a box for the Cleveland game tonight.. they should wipe out the trail blazers.. but my Warriors took care of them yesterday !!!
