@Shahriar Khan @Vijaianand ThirunageswaramI know many people hoarding millions in cash waiting for the stocks to collapse rather than real estate - apparently there is more money to be made (also faster) in the former, but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea and stock evaluation is not as simple as real estate evaluation.The question is what comes first - if real estate downtrend will follow the stock market downtrend or vice versa.

Even more telling is if they weren't evicted during that time - IE they had a bad financial collapse but still made a way to get the rent paid.Equally, medical bills are a common culprit that doesn't really reflect a persons willingness to pay their debts.
