I’m used to dealing with sharks in my career field. 

As with any investment PML does carry risk, so investors must weigh their own personal goals and risk appetites against the returns.Long term (after that career of investing you mentioned) I see myself going more heavily into the PML/ LP route.

My Story: When I first started my journey in real estate investing, I was primarily focused on my military career.

We are new to the real estate industry but we are building a family owned business to earn an honest living while being able to provide and instill good ethics and morals into our children.

Several of my investments have foreclosed or gone into default, and my earnings were negligible, but I have always gotten my money back.

I've had multiple partnerships in my career.

Changing whole buildings over isn't always practical (or prudent) and we will be running buildings profitably with galvanized pipes in the walls for the rest of my career. 

Recently, I had one of my units evaluated by a property manager, and he suggested that I could potentially earn around $2,000 per month for one of my units in a 4-unit property located just north of the campus.

As a frequent Airbnb user, I personally wouldn’t choose a place just because an influencer recommended it.If you’re compensating in perks, that might work, but if I were in your shoes, I wouldn’t spend my hard-earned money that way.

they are buying the assets and closing.. and the big ones are all licensed.. so you can have an employee work for you in a very narrow scope.. but why u would want to do this is weird.. there is no real money in it and over time your not building a career your just wasting time. trying to figure out how to stay on the fringe.
