How quickly it refreshes depends on the interface with the local MLS. 

Although not connected to real estate per se, I do have a lot of experience in planning and measuring progress, solving problems, reading and executing contracts as well as interfacing with both customers and contractors. 

Continue to study and browse the market, but that much debt is a danger sign to me. 

Basically the company attorney (who BTW is a former trustee sale expert) interfaces with the trustee to ensure things move smoothly.

I'm a big fan of Redfin's interface.

I first found the BP podcasts while randomly browsing through iTunes. 

I hate the interface but it's the only way I know of for someone to pay me cash without having me to drive out to them.

There is a lot you can learn from just browsing the new topics on the forums.
