Transactional Funding is essentially a 24-hour loan for 1-1/2 to 2 points, and you'll see a lot of deals - where they are and their spreads.Those activities may give you an education in this business faster and more broadly than wholesaling, and one of the areas that seems to have a lot of demand from investors.

Hi all,Its great to be here finally.I have been listening to the podcasts for the past few months (while I renovate houses), and when I heard that Julie Broad was signed on here, I had to join ASAP.  

Learning.Real estate is a broad and dynamic field that is constantly changing.

This type of broad generalization is unfair.  

-with the personal & inspection items and pest stuff after you hammer out some broad stroke concepts in the LOI.  

It is a smallish group, and as a group people are quite active and have a lot of experience in a wide array of real estate.
