@Joseph Miller your fears may be well founded or totally unfounded, the only way to know is to pick one, just one possible investment, bounce it off a more experienced investor and if its great, go ahead, if its a no-go, then no-go, search for the next and repeat...hard to leave the analysis paralysis phase if you have not narrowed it down to earth- to an actual possible investment property.

We used to get a few people a day complaining or bouncing because we ask for identity verifications, income, background check, etc. before showings.

For my experienced professionals, do you believe manhattan will bounce back quicker than San Fransico?

At this time quite a few our tenants are on some kind of unemployment due to the shut downs and lack of tourism here in the islands (which hopefully will bounce back soon).

I am holding onto cash, investing is some areas of the market that have been hurt by COVID but should bounce back, and keeping my eye out for a great deal, if the numbers work then why not?

I am looking to bounce an idea off of local real estate professionals who knows the market.

I've bounced all around from the Midwest to SoCal to probably our final landing place here in CO.
