how much should it cost to rip out a steel tub, plastic wall surround, and replace it with those plastic, 3/4 piece, acrylic tub and surround I see at Home Depot for about $300?

Bath tubs I would just paint over it or use a bath fitter.

We also get tough on tenants who don't keep their bathtub wall free from that black crappy mold, mildew or whatever people call it.
