I have updated the following to the property:- Ripped out carpeting and installed Vinyl Flooring- Refinished all bathtubs and sinks from a deep green to a bright white finishI have learned so much from this first property that I wouldn't have learned without the experience of just jumping in!

@Ryan Fox I agree with Mr @Jay Hinrichs. this should be $7 Max and including new kitchen and bathtub, toilet and vanity. 5% Project management fee is Fair and Common, But they are over charging on the rehab for sue!.

how much should it cost to rip out a steel tub, plastic wall surround, and replace it with those plastic, 3/4 piece, acrylic tub and surround I see at Home Depot for about $300?

I received an absurdly high quote to turn my rental, and wanted to get everyone’s opinion on the cost range something like this falls in:-Needs some LVP put down where some of the boards are coming up (probably 1 room worth of materials)-Needs touch up paint in 4 rooms (average bedroom size)-paint 2 of the kitchen cabinets -clean bathtub (as well as general house clean)-fix minor nail holes in wall
