This is why I questioned @Thomas Rutkowski assertions that his product is somehow superior.

It is what we call an affiramtive defense, which means it doesn't happen automatically, the former owner must assert that and claim it should be void.

He also asserts there are Asset Based Lenders that will lend up to 70% of said properties valuation, without the Borrowers:  -Borrowers credit, - Down Payment,- Personal Guarantee(s), Etc.I would like to know who has actually bought his course, and/or as worked with him (or his designate).
