Marco Kozlowski: For Real or Fake?

I've been thinking about buying the Marco Kozlowski online course and mentoring to purchase income producing property.  He boasts he teaches how to purchase 2 - 5 unit, and up to hotels/motels, mobile home parks, self storage, and other income based properties at 70% off of it's retail value.  He also asserts there are Asset Based Lenders that will lend up to 70% of said properties valuation, without the Borrowers:  -Borrowers credit, - Down Payment,- Personal Guarantee(s), Etc.

I would like to know who has actually bought his course, and/or as worked with him (or his designate).  Please refrain on commenting if you have a hunch or a feeling about him or services.  I would like this post to assist others who are also looking into if Marco is a Scammer or not
