It can take time to get better at setting appointments with them, but it ABSOLUTELY CAN BE DONE. 

Most IRA custodians who accept single member LLCs as IRA investments will require that you appoint some kind of special advisor (licensed CPA or attorney) who will review all the transactions of the LLC to make sure there are not any prohibited transactions happening.

The woman who had the deed transferred in her name is only the court appointed administrator of the estate, from my current research she should be able to transfer deed but i will run a title search.She has been sending her lawyer to the courts avoiding being foreclosed on because the original note was not recorded correctly and they cannot produce it.

so i was at a listing appointment and my client's toddlers were doing storytelling and showing off their Berenstein Bears book... and i couldn't help but notice the spelling has apparently changed to the BerenstAin Bears since the authors are Stan & Jan BerenstAin..the spelling stood out to me like a sore thumb and my client told me she remembers it being Berenstein Bears too but thinks back in our chilhood days (80s) they probably misprinted a whole bunch of books which confuzzled us into thinking it was ALWAYS Berenstein Bears whereas to the current and new generation have always know it to be with the awkward atypical A instead of E like in -Stein because of lost in transliteration back in the 1800s at Ellis Island.it made for an interesting conversation and it is what it is, life goes on; our childhood memories are a couple decades ago afterall; but driving home it irked me that how could the current spelling seem so foreign from all my memories as i too had and read the books avidly, once upon a time. i figured my client's and my mind's playin tricks on me but since i got home i googled and found it is a widespread phenomena.. what do u remember these heartwarming nostalgia bears as, Berensteins or Berenstains!?

Im staying at the city center and lining up appointments and meetings.

Others have set up appointment and then left messages saying they would "reschedule" or "family problem" or no reason, and then not reply.

Can't go o a listing appointment when the seller wants... see ya.Yeah, it's not always like that but the buyers and sellers control our time.

I have been going out looking at properties for a long time in order to start a real estate portfolio, I am what is called a lookie lou ,cause I haven't closed on anything , i have come close on one property ,went as far as an inspection which cost upwards of 500 dollars, it was a 4unit, and my r.e. agent has no get up and go,I give her addresses to view and no appointments are made.
