So yes BP is anti paid training bias for sure but its not all well founded.. there is only so much you can learn listening to a bunch of strangers advice or listen to a pod cast or reading a blog.. most of it is just feel good.. not much is nuts an bolts you will learn more about how to make money in RE hanging with a top producer in your new REal Estate office than learning it here is my opinion. 

I am anti- mortgage.

For our diesel we are adding anti Gel, so the fuel doesn't freeze up.Salt- setting out salt or road deicer next to each building to make it easy to spread when we need to.Gate reflectors- applied anti fog on the gate reflectors. 

It's been clear to me in conversations with some of these municipalities that some of the administrators are very anti vacation rental and will restrict as much as the Wisconsin law allows them too.

I believe if this went up to the US Supreme Court, anti wholesaling laws would not hold water for a second. 

personal note.. although be careful with small balance notes many states have usury for these  Anti loan sharking rules.

@Sara Ant I think it matters some how much you have to invest, you are going to be able to purchase more houses faster in the Midwest if you have 50K thank in Cali.

We got rid of it with weekly anti-flea spray and daily vacuuming.

I guess I need to explain that NJ  (and @Peter T. you should know this) has an "anti-eviction" statute, leases must renewed or they go MtM, rent raises cannot be "unconscionable" as determined by a judge.
