In most of Raleigh city limits specifically, the lack of room to build new construction developments has stirred the folks in zoning.

I think they just see the lower rent and run with it in that specific situation.

Hi, Just bought a unit via LLC in Nashville area, specifically in Berry Hill to operate as STR.

NYC apartments will have a different car requirement from Orlando, but he used that methodology in this specific small city and was an investor from the 1980s-2000s, so a lot has changed, but I believe there is still some truth to it.

Any advise would be great.
