Everyone remembers what it was like when they were starting off and is very accommodating.

Preferred lifestyle - Sometimes, living in a very desired area of town means getting a smaller home that can accommodate you and your preferred lifestyle.

If I can, I ask not to use that company and they will accommodate my request most of the time and find someone more reputable ..  

They will also be more inclined to provide an accommodation to someone they know when issues arise.

You see, there is a HUGE shortage of long term rentals down here.... the last time I listed my 2/1 (750 sq ft) apartment, I had to hold an open house to accommodate all of the qualified candidates....and there were 27 of them! 

She is quickly becoming a teenager and we need our own rooms to accommodate her independence. 

Keep in mind, foreclosed homes are sold "as is" so, don't expect any repairs to be accommodated for.

These will typically me the most aggressive and accommodating. 

I've heard there could be some accommodations I night have to make as long as they are in reason. 

Does anyone know of a CPA that is specialized in Real Estate Tax's that would be able to accommodate a newer Real Estate investor?
