Another idea that is the quickest is to see if someone thst you are close too, maybe your parents would put you as a co-borrower on their credit card and it will put that cards history on your credit.

I would never suggest an investor make a purchase in a co-op, many are flexible and act as condos but they can change their tune when they want.

I wouldn't agree to anything repair wise until he shows you whats required to be done and why....if you have a co problem youve got a ducting/ventilation issue and 900 seems awfully expensive

You won't be able to refi these houses with a bank just because you own the house - and thats the only way I know of that the bank will allow you to drop a co-signer from the loan.So the seller is going to be stuck on that loan until you can qualify for a refi.And the other issue is that most banks are not going to allow you to do one note on two houses.

If you try to sign a lease with someone under 18, it will be automatically void.First time renters:  I've never had this myself but you can require a co-signer.Previous evictions:  I go back 5 years for no evictions.
