My recommendation is to use BlueHost for the domain & hosting and then install wordpress.  

Not to mention the fact that $160k to $250k in the next 5 years is not likely to occur as we are at peak market prices and short of a major break through in technology and jobs, salaries won't support that without a significant correction first.

They could afford to pay any legal fees should something occur, especially with the hundreds of thousands they would be saving in legal fees over the course of a few years for PPMS.

I will also create an upfront operating account fund to cover any unexpected issues that occur before I build an adequately sized reserves account from the ongoing savings.
