Also I found they moved my things around in order to store their things. o  That's what alarmed me, what if they get injured with my tools. 

It's a lot easier purchasing a site that's ran as a "company" because they have systems in place, they have to, and those can be transferred with staff keeping operations in tact.

Rent a nice place, have the kids visit during school breaks.
