I've always had my hands in a some sort of side hustle that typically didn't make me money, but did provide me with tangible items (outdoor gear, tools, toys/games etc).

Then there were the sex toys strewn all over the house...This woman was in her late 50s, educated and with a very successful career.

@Theresa Harris a lot of stuff is still up there, furniture, CANS OF FOOD, an attic full of old toys...she left an AC on the floor with an towel under it...unplugged the fridge... all my grandmothers stuff is in the basement in boxes.

Renters are all adults, I know there are no toys going down the toilets.

if you are going to place it into an FDIC or buy toys with the extracted money then I recommend against it.
