Crazy day Friday though.

I have tried searching quite a bit but most of the ones I find seem to be mostly composed of people with little or no experience (ie, NYC FLIPPIN - meeting location: Jason's basement friday nights, brooklyn) Not that I'm trying to be a snob but I want to try to reach for a group that's very professional so I can learn things from them, not surround myself with peers who have no real experience or wisdom and have the same questions I do.Thanks!

This kind of depends on your status with her...If you have to buy her out, you are in a totally different ball game and many of these financing options will fall off the table.Sorry to rain on your parade on a Friday.

Can those who operate in texas confirm this.Been buried deep in learning land investing for past month and just looked up and realized its Friday night & I am still reading texas law..ha. 

I had replaced the oil boiler in a 4U with gas immediately after purchase, and when I got a call in February that it was freezing I instantly ran up there at 10 on a friday night, fearing a failure.

Just closed a construction loan on Friday for 300k, 0% down, 5%, 12 months, no points, no prepayment fee's.

I told the property manager to offer 350 for cash for keys if he was out by Friday, as a manager he had never heard of something like this and after a little resistance and me explaining the number difference he agreed. 

On Friday, I was told that we had 8 inquiries in the past week, but no showings because they didn't have any available times.
