I have been around this personally for years  I was a vendor at Armando Montalongos how to flip houses seminars  a little bit with Rich dad  and lastly with Nick Vertucci's program.. 

BP feeds off of new investors and them being able to ask and answer on this forum like a quick burger at McDonald’s.  

Have I just discovered the secret to getting rich in real estate?

However, you are correct, their CoC returns will never make you rich in the near future.

It keeps each set of books separated and allows for quick analysis of each building.
