If you literally just closed two weeks ago, then your first monthly mortgage statement hasn't even arrived yet, the CD has all the pertinent information on it that would also be on that statement.In general, recall that you don't have to give anyone anything that you don't want to, and they don't have to give you the HELOC, so that's kind of the dynamic at play (excluding "protected class" things like a doctor's note attesting to your continued good health, or your religious affiliation).

That way you're not betting the farm on a "Wing and a Prayer" (if you're not familiar with that saying, it's from an older movie (The Flying Tigers) --that you may enjoy--google it).To pick up $500,000 CASH you will need to "Be in the Right Place at the Right Time" and understand that "Preparation + Opportunity = Profit" (and be Lucky because $500,000 doesn't just fall off of a tree).With that being said, if you have not done so already spend a few WEEKS reading "Awaken the Giant Within" and actually doing the written exercises.

Pick how you're going to approach this, and then be consistent and keep at it.And most importantly, start attending your local REI meetings religiously! 

Saying too much about your financial endeavors is not so different from saying too much about your love life, or political/religious positions.

@Jacob RiveraSounds more like a church or religious property with a converted rectory versus a commercial property or multifamily.These can be tricky and maybe you should move on.
